Just In: Five Teenagers Drown In Komenda

A piece of sad news reaching us at OccupyGh.com indicates that five teenagers have drowned in Komenda, in the Abirem Municipal District of the Central Region.

This has been confirmed by the Assembly Member for Komenda Anomako Electoral Area Kojo Williams.

He revealed that their ages were between 11 and 15.

According to the details gathered, news of their drowning broke on Saturday.

People who rushed to the scene found two bodies washed ashore.

On Sunday two other bodies were also washed ashore. All four of the bodies have been deposited at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital for autopsy.

The last body has not been washed ashore yet as fishermen search for it.

You will recall a few months back when 13 teenagers drowned in the Apam sea.
