<p>In a heartfelt message posted on his official Instagram page, Boateng shared a video that traced his journey from youth soccer to the international and club levels.</p>



<p>With the caption, &#8220;I LOVE YOU. But that’s a WRAP for me. Thank you FOOTBALL for everything &#x203c;&#xfe0f;,&#8221; Boateng expressed his gratitude to the sport that has been an integral part of his life.</p>



<p>The retirement of the seasoned player marks the end of a remarkable career that saw him contribute significantly to the world of football, making a name for himself and for Ghana.</p>
