Months after confessing to killing his partner on social media, the popular Nigerian punter Killaboi is now wanted by the Lagos State Police Command.
On July 17, killaboi claimed he “mistakenly” stabbed his fiancée following a fight in a series of tweets posted to his Twitter account.
Before her mother went to Killaboi’s home in Oral Estate in the Ikota neighbourhood of Lagos State to hunt for her, she was reportedly gone for days. Prior to Augusta going missing, her mother had made an effort to patch things up between her and her lover.
Killaboi, who expressed regret for ruining his life at the age of 26, made a pledge to see that his late lover is given justice because he simply cannot bear the guilt. He did, however, admit that he fled after killing her out of terror. Since then, he has been hiding, and the police have now issued a wanted notice for him.
