During the last rites for his deceased father, Kwame A Plus received a massive Ghc 20,000 contribution from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
As we mentioned on Saturday, Kwame A Plus, a well-known performer, comedian, and political activist, lost his father, who was laid to rest on September 23, 2023, in Winneba, in the Central Region.
The funeral was attended by a number of notable figures from politics and entertainment business.
The NDC giving A Plus and his family a burial gift was a high point of the programme.
The NDC group, led by Sammy Gyamfi, broke down each individual donation given to the well-known political activist by NDC members.
The funds came in the form of a substantial gift from the former president Mahama and lesser gifts from other party leaders.
Sammy Gyamfi announced belatedly that the total donation of about Ghc 20,000 was free of e-levy and galamsey money.
