Controversial The executive director of Ghana Gas and ardent supporter of the NPP, Ernest Owusu Bempah, has come under fire from the unsuccessful artist and entertainment critic from Ghana, Kwame A Plus.
The MzGee-hosted United Showbiz programme was interrupted by some goons who stormed UTV.
Last night, October 7, 2023, when United Showbiz was in progress, some unidentified “thugs” stormed the @utvghana studios.
They stormed the stage because they wanted to be a part of the show. They explained that entertainment critic Kwame A-Plus tore the NPP’s letter to the station requesting that political talk be avoided on the Show
They further claimed that Kwame A-Plus had insulted the President and his Vice, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, and demanded that he retract his actions.
Thankfully, after receiving a complaint from Despite Media (Owners of UTV) and the Ministry of Information, the quick Ghana Police have subsequently detained 16 people accountable for impolite interruption.
These males, who were later revealed to be members of the NPP’s youth wing, are currently the subject of an investigation.
Kwame A Plus responded by claiming that he had heard rumours that Ernest Owusu Bempah had sent the thugs.
He claims that Owusu Bempah is a very “st*pid” person, therefore if he is accountable for what occurred at UTV, he will make sure that it is proven.
