
<p class="has-medium-font-size">John Dramani Mahama has officially commenced preparations to assume the presidency following his resounding victory in Ghana’s 2024 elections.</p>



<p>Outgoing President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo warmly received him at the Jubilee House, where they discussed pressing issues, including security and the economy. The Joint Transition Team was inaugurated soon after, signaling a seamless transfer of power.</p>



<p>Despite this progress, reports of post-election violence involving supporters of Mahama have raised concerns nationwide.</p>
