
<p class="has-medium-font-size">Some residents nabbed a young man in the process of stealing a small generating set commonly referred to as ‘I pass my neighbor’ generator, from their neighborhood and descended on him.</p>



<p>After giving him some rounds of beating, he was then stripped to his underwear and instructed to ‘pick pin’ as punishment for his criminal act.</p>
