Some residents nabbed a young man in the process of stealing a small generating set commonly referred to as ‘I pass my neighbor’ generator, from their neighborhood and descended on him.
After giving him some rounds of beating, he was then stripped to his underwear and instructed to ‘pick pin’ as punishment for his criminal act.
Some passersby who were heading to different locations decided to stop and watch the scene with keen interest.
