Gospel musician Evangelist Diana Asamoah recently shared a deeply personal and painful experience from her past, aiming to motivate and inspire attendees at the Kumasi edition of the “Abba Father” event.
During her performance, Asamoah recounted a humiliating incident that occurred years ago at the Church of Pentecost, where she faced public embarrassment. She revealed that at the time, she was relatively unknown and her pastor introduced her to the congregation as a witch.
According to Diana Asamoah, prior to this incident, her pastor had privately informed her that a congregant had a disturbing dream about her. Believing the matter was resolved after their private conversation, she was shocked when the pastor called her forward during the next Sunday service.
In front of the congregation, the pastor declared that Asamoah was responsible for the misfortunes plaguing the church. This public accusation left her humiliated and deeply hurt.
