<p>They are seen in this video as they pick up the kid and smashed his head to a car parked in the community.</p>



<p>It took the mercies of a passerby who risked himself to being beat to save the kid.</p>



<p>Netizens have gone berserk over the video with many calling for authorities to investigate the matter.</p>
