After being voted Player of the Match in the Black Stars’ second group game against South Korea at the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Mohammed Kudus, Ghana’s newest soccer sensation, has achieved another noteworthy triumph.
A mural of the forward’s face was created at Nima in Accra by Accra-based artist Moh Awudu as a tribute to the 22-year-old player.
Awudu announced his plans on Facebook the moment Ghana defeated South Korea on November 28, 2022.
On Wednesday, November 30, 2022, the project was launched as scheduled earlier.
Awudu anticipates that the artwork would boost Kudus’ self-confidence, which will result in more goals scored and victories for Ghana.
