
<p>A Nigerian man who had been on the wanted list of phone dealers at Circle, Accra, for over a year has finally been caught.</p>



<p>The suspect, known for deceiving sellers and escaping with phones under the guise of buying them, was accosted by traders demanding immediate repayment.</p>
