
<p>Following the OccupyBOG demonstration, Madina MP Attorney Francis Sosu Xavier gained widespread attention.</p>



<p>During the protest, the member of parliament for the Madina Constituency cursed President Akufo-Addo in Ga.</p>



<p>His justification was that despite the difficulty the President has brought to Ghana to cause suffering, he appears unconcerned.</p>



<p>Sosu attacked Akufo-Addo with the offensive WMT slur in a furious outburst.</p>



<p>Following the video, the MP became popular as social media users criticised him for being too insensitive.</p>



<p>On October 3, 2023, the National Democratic Congress sponsored the OccupyBOG demonstration.</p>



<p>Aseidu Nketia, Okudzeto Ablakwa, Sam George, and former Energy Minister Kwabena Donkor, among a host of other NDC party heavyweights, joined protesters in demonstrating outside the BOG building.</p>



<p>However, they encountered tight security because the police had barred entry to the location.</p>



<p>Francis Sosu is one of the protesters who uses interviews with the media to express his rage.</p>
