
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>A <a href="https://occupygh.com/tunde-ednuts-case-is-spiritual-popular-nigerian-pastor-declares-video">popular Nigerian pastor</a>, Pastor David Odeniyi has initiated legal proceedings to dissolve his marriage with his wife, Bolanle, citing disturbing allegations of domestic violence and public humiliation.</strong></p>



<p>The Pastor, a resident of Basorun, Ibadan, brought his case before the Mapo Grade ‘A’ Customary Court, detailing instances where Bolanle subjected him to physical abuse and resorted to public shaming tactics.</p>



<p>One particularly shocking incident recounted by the <a href="https://occupygh.com/obinim-turns-toffees-money-live-church-service">Pastor involved Bolanle stripping him naked during a church service,</a> causing uproar among the congregation.</p>



<p>Adding to the distress, Pastor Odeniyi accused Bolanle of abandonment, revealing how she traveled to Libya without his consent, leaving their child behind. Allegedly residing outside Nigeria for two years, Bolanle&#8217;s actions have left a deep emotional scar on the Pastor.</p>



<p>Despite previously seeking reconciliation through legal channels, Pastor Odeniyi felt compelled to revisit the court due to Bolanle&#8217;s failure to amend her behavior.</p>



<p>During the court proceedings, Bolanle was noticeably absent when called upon to defend herself against the allegations, further complicating the matter.</p>



<p>Describing the anguish he endured, Pastor Odeniyi stated, “She pulls and drags my trousers to disgrace me. Had I known that my wife would treat me like this, I would never have married her.&#8221;</p>



<p>Presiding over the case, the court’s President, Mrs. S.M. Akintayo, acknowledged the gravity of the allegations and granted Odeniyi’s request for a divorce. Additionally, the court issued an order restraining Bolanle from further harassment or interference in her estranged husband&#8217;s private life.</p>
