<p>This is true from a <a href="https://occupygh.com/notorious-kenya-thief-caught-on-cctv-breaking-into-an-office">new viral video</a> that has just surfaced on social media as sighted by occupygh.com. In the video, the young lady went down on one knee with a ring in hand and asked the man to marry her inside the busy mall.</p>
