
<p style="font-size:25px">The 19-year-old girl, Charlotte Delhi was picked up by the police for blackmailing and sharing a viral s*x tape of herself and the former minister.</p>



<p>Charlotte Delhi is said to have blackmailed the former minister Dr. Walton Liverpool and then followed up with her threat to <a href="https://occupygh.com/showboy-shared-video-himself-going-prison">share the video</a>.</p>



<p>She was arraigned before the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa by the Department of State Security (DSS) on Friday.</p>



<p>According to reports gathered by occupygh.com, Charlotte released the <a href="https://occupygh.com/social-media-gush-over-wife-who-stylishly-gives-hubby-money">videos on social media after the minister refused to pay </a>the ransom of 15 million Naira she was demanding.</p>



<p>A court charge that surfaced online revealed that Charlotte was accused of engaging in cyberstalking with the intention of blackmail.</p>



<p>She also claimed to be 17 years old but her birth certificate proved that she was 19 and was born on the 10th of October, 2002.</p>



<p>“That you, Charlotte Delhi on the 14th day of September 2021 in Yenagoa within the jurisdiction of this honorable court for the purpose of extorting the sum of N15million from Dr. Walton Liverpool, intentionally posted a video showing the n*ked appearance of the said Dr. Walton Liverpool on a WhatsApp group tagged “Off Liverpool” with an Iphone7 plus mobile phone and GSM. No. 08084267342.” Part of the charge sheet read.</p>



<p>Charlotte pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against her and her counsel, Andrew Arthur, applied for her bail from DSS custody where she had been kept for 13 days.</p>



<p>The case has been adjourned to November 9, 2021, to rule on the issue of the exhibit to be admitted by the court.</p>



<p>Speaking to the court about the incident, Dr. Liverpool said he met the accused through Facebook on the 23rd of August, 2021 and had a consensual encounter at Golden Gate Hotel, Yenagoa.</p>



<p>He added that the s*x tape released by the accused caused him psychological and physical pains and he almost committed suicide and fainted after his family watched the said video on the internet.</p>
