In a video fast circulating online at Kumasi VIP Station, A Police Officer was captured whiles fighting with a civilian in a fierce fight.
Whiles, they were fighting, people around never tried to separate or stop them but rather they standing and watching the fight like they are in a boxing arena.
This video has raised concerns over why and how a Policeman in a uniform will fight with a civilian irrespective of what may have provoked him.
The police and a civilian fighting the Police Officer must be penalized if he was trying to resist an arrest.
