
<p><strong>Policeman Slaps Woman At Registration Centre</strong></p>



<p>A policeman has been captured in amateur video footage dealing with a prospective female voter registrant a slap during an altercation between the two of them.</p>



<p>The cause of the exchanges between the law officer and the civilian is not known but the agitated warned the woman that he would not allow her in to register “if she’s is not careful” just before the slap followed a few seconds later.</p>



<p>A man was seen restraining the officer from hitting the woman but he surged and lunged at the woman with a slap.</p>
