
<p>Primeboy, a boyhood friend of the late Nigerian artist Mohbad, voluntarily surrendered to police a few hours after being listed as a person of interest in the singer&#8217;s death.</p>



<p>Remember that Primeboy, actual name Owodunni Ibrahim, made news on Wednesday, October 4, after he was listed as sought and had a N1 million reward placed on him.</p>

<p>He was asked by the authorities to help with their ongoing investigation into the events leading up to the singer&#8217;s death, but he did not accept their request. As a result, they took this step.</p>



<p>Primeboy just turned himself in to the police, according to a recent update. On Thursday, October 5, he was seen approaching the police headquarters in Lagos with his attorney.</p>



<p>Ben Hundeyin, the spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, confirmed the news and said that he had been detained for questioning.</p>



<p>He noted:</p>



<p>&#8220;Primeboy, also known as Owodunni Ibrahim Oluwatosin, has surrendered after being listed as wanted. He was immediately taken into custody for questioning and other required procedures.</p>



<p><br>Family, friends, Mohbad followers, and the general public are once again assured by the Lagos State Police Command that every effort will be made to conduct a thorough investigation. </p>



<p>The Command further guarantees that everyone discovered to be responsible for Mr. Ilerioluwa Aloba alias Mohbad&#8217;s death would be brought to justice.</p>
