Prophet Badu Kobi Should Apologize Immediately – NPP Women’s Wing

The women’s wing of the ruling New Patriotic Party has advised Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kofi to apologize to Ghanian women for his provocative comments.

The women’s wing statement if the NPP side was signed by Madame Kate Abena Gyamfua, the National Women’s Organizer for the wing.

According to the statement, Prophet Badu’s statement is demeaning to these three tribe and all Ghanaian women in general.

This follows a video that surfaced social media which shows Prophet Badu making unprintable comments against Ashanti women, Ewe women and the Fante women as well.

The viral video has attracted a chorus of condemnation from women groups and most women getting more peeved by the day.

“This could create serious cracks in our tribal lines and even destroy marriages,” The Press Statement read.

“By this, I call on Prophet Badu Kobi to render an unqualified and urgent apology to all Ghanaian women to help give them a peaceful heart and restore the dignity and respect they rightfully deserve.”
