Relatives Sent To Norway To Bring Corpse Of Dead Paralympic Coach Also Ran Away

The National Paralympic Committee (NPC) is facing intense scrutiny after a series of shocking events unfolded following the Fjordkraft Bergen City Marathon in Norway.

Eleven para-athletes who traveled to Oslo for the competition failed to register and instead absconded, sparking widespread criticism.

In a stunning revelation, Samson Deen, president of the NPC, disclosed on the Asaase Breakfast Show that four relatives sent to retrieve the body of the deceased coach, George Gyamfi Gyasi, have also gone missing after arriving in Norway.

This latest development has raised further questions about the NPC’s handling of the situation and the true identity of the para-athletes who represented Ghana in Norway.

Deen has described the para-team as “imposters,” fueling speculation about a larger conspiracy.

The Ministry of National Security has confirmed that a member of the contingent was arrested attempting to enter Sweden, while the coach’s death in a Norwegian hospital has added to the tragedy.

As the controversy deepens, calls for accountability and transparency within the NPC are growing louder. An investigation into the matter is urgently needed to restore public trust and ensure that those responsible are held accountable.
