Netizens who thought it was evil and inhumane to have goats tied to a moving motorbike, lambasted the rider for his insane act.
The viral video also captured a conversation between the rider and a passerby, which really got people pissed the more.
The rider replied, “Mind your business” to a passerby who questioned him as to the sanity of what he was doing.
