The editorial staff of Occupygh.com has received the somewhat sad news that iconic actress and editor/journalist at Graphic Showbiz from Ghana passed away after a brief illness.
Jayne died this morning, Friday, August 18, 2023, according to reports.
Jayne, 49, was said to have had a brief illness despite the fact that the cause of death is unknown.
Jayne worked as a staff writer for Graphic Showbiz for more than 20 years, covering important events in Ghana and overseas.
When she was honored at the Golden Age Creative Arts Awards (GACAA), Jayne Buckman-Owoo of Graphic Showbiz gained the recognition she deserved after working in the creative sector for around 20 years in a variety of capacities.
