A notorious area thief has been handed the most carefully calculated but stern punishment after he was arrested by locals of Santasi in Kumasi for stealing.
The so-called notorious thief was arrested for stealing from the locals in the area where is known.
Instead of being beaten or lynched as the norm in these societies, he got lucky enough.
He was made to clean the entire gutter stretch of the community with his bare hands.
I bet he wouldn’t go stealing again.
