Shalimar Abbiusi, spokesperson for Freedom Nana Bediako Cheddar’s #TheNewForce has been granted bail of GH¢20,000.
Shalimar Abbiusi is required to report to the Ghana Immigration Service three times a week after pleading not guilty to the charges against her.
Ms. Abbusi was arraigned at the Kaneshie District Court to face charges of allegedly violating section 52 (1) (1) of the Immigration Act 2000 (Act 573), specifically “Obtaining for Yourself a Student Permit by False Declaration.”
The New Force has been tipped to be a new political movement in Ghana, reportedly being spearheaded by Ghanaian business Freedom Nana Bediako Cheddar.
