
<p style="font-size:25px">Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale after his crew reported that he has been shot at East Legon by unknown gunmen turned out to be a false and publicity stunt. </p>



<p>However, the Ghana Police took it personally and began with a strong Investigation which led to the arrest of his crew who made the fake publication.</p>

<p>Shatta Wale however reported himself to the Police Station and was detained immediately which made him spend his night behind bars.</p>



<p>However, a Private Legal Practitioner, Samson Lardy has reacted to Shatta Wale’s case on Joy News. </p>



<p>He stated: <strong><em>“Section 208 of our Criminal and Other Offences Act says that you will face up to 3 years in jail if you don&#8217;t verify and spread false statements, rumours or reports that can cause fear and panic</em></strong>“</p>
