Takoradi Woman Joana Krah Sentenced To 6 Years For Faking Her Kidnapping

A Circuit Court in Takoradi has today, 26th October 2021 sentenced the accused Takoradi woman, Joana Krah, to 6 years imprisonment.

She was also handed 2 years imprisonment.

These were on two counts of Deceit of Public Officer and Publication of false news intended to Cause Fear and Panic, respectively.

The two sentences are to run concurrently.

The Police Administration has cautioned the public who engage in such practices to desist from them and save themselves from such dire consequences.
