OccupyGh.com has gathered that some persons have invaded the house of Parliament, managed to steal hand sanitizers means for MPs in the parliamentary house.
Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, Majority Leaders in the parliament house revealed the disturbing news.
Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu revealed that the thieve(s) who are yet to be identified go around the Parliament House, emptying containers of the sanitizers, leaving them with nothing but bottles of empty sanitizers.
He noted:
“A few individuals are playing with the sanitizers and are taking them elsewhere which is not the best...”
He, therefore, called on the Marshall of Parliament to ensure that the CCTV cameras in the Parliament are in good shape so they can arrest the ‘sanitizer thieves in the house’. The Speaker of the House had earlier ordered the Marshall to ensure that the house is fumigated after the adjournment of proceedings today.
