<p>Joyce Akosua Kudzeawu, who has garnered over 248,000 followers on TikTok, proves that being physically challenged does not hinder one from achieving great feats.</p>

<p>Joyce&#8217;s video has sparked massive reactions on social media, with many praising her determination and resilience. </p>



<p>Despite her disability, Joyce obtained a Degree in Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the university, further proving that disability is not inability.</p>



<p>In the viral video, Joyce is seen sitting with a bowl of assorted vegetables on her lap as she deftly cuts them into small pieces with a knife clutched between her breast and left upper limb. </p>



<p>While the task seems risky, she carefully executes it without causing any harm.</p>



<p>The video has garnered over 237,000 views, 19,000 likes, and more than 600 comments, with most of the comments encouraging Joyce to keep up her positive spirit and not let her disability stop her from achieving great things.</p>
