Interdictions against the three police officers who were detained after the leak discussion with NPP Chief Bugri Naabu have been lifted.
In a press release issued a few days ago and signed by the Head of Public Affairs Superintendent Juliana Obeng, the three, COP George Alex Mensah, Superintendent Emmanuel Eric Gyebi, and Superintendent George Lysander Asare, were detained.
The interdiction of the three has reportedly been lifted with immediate effect, according to new information.

The source claims that the interdiction was suspended to protect the ongoing parliamentary investigation that the Speaker of Parliament had authorized.
The removal of the IGP Dr. George Akufo Dampare was being planned by COP George Alex Mensah, Superintendent Emmanuel Eric Gyebi, and Superintendent George Lysander Asare.
The trio has already testified before the parliamentary panel established to look into the audio.
COP Both Superintendent George Lysander Asare and George Alex Mensah informed the committee that they had received reliable information indicating that IGP Dampare had secretly recorded and distributed the tape while using Chairman Bugri Naabu as bait.
The committee has not yet informed the Speaker of Parliament or the general public of its conclusions.
