In the latest, the police have apprehended two suspects in connection with the tragic murder of 35-year-old Princess Afia Ahenkan in Apaaso near Sokoban Ampabame in the Ashanti Region. The discovery of the victim’s lifeless body in her garage sparked a comprehensive inquiry into the incident.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Allister John, who was employed as a house helper, and James Anokye. Their capture occurred in Accra, where they were attempting to evade authorities.
Further investigation revealed that the suspects had concealed the victim’s KIA Sportage car, which they subsequently sold.

The police successfully recovered the vehicle in Adenta, and efforts are underway to locate and question the buyer.
Meanwhile, the victim’s body has been transported to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital morgue for a thorough autopsy.
These recent arrests bring the total number of individuals detained in connection with the case to two, with Allister John, the male maid, believed to be the mastermind behind the crime.
