
<p class="has-drop-cap">American rapper, Slim Thug whose real name is Stayve Jerome Thomas has tested positive for <a href="https://occupygh.com/category/coronavirus">coronavirus</a> as the number of cases globally passes 440,000.</p>



<p>The musician, 39, took to Instagram to warn others after he fell ill despite following precautions with masks, gloves and “everything on”.</p>



<p>The rapper also said he had stayed in his truck but still managed to contract the deadly virus.</p>

<p>He said:</p>



<p>“So check this out, no games being played.</p>



<p>“The other day I got tested for the coronavirus yesterday and it came back positive. As careful as I been self-quarantine and staying home… I might went and got something to eat or did some simple stuff like that.</p>



<p>“Nothing crazy, stayed in my truck, had masks, gloves, everything on and my test came back positive.</p>



<p>Slim Thug insisted his fans had to take the killer bug “seriously” by sitting at home in self-quarantine. The rapper urged his following to avoid going outside for as long as possible.</p>
