
<p><strong>The authorities of the University of Professional Studies, UPSA have responded to a viral video of a &#8216;big girl&#8217; flogging a &#8216;little girl&#8217; for allegedly spreading rumors about her.</strong></p>



<p>If you will recall from this article, a <a href="https://occupygh.com/upsa-lady-lashes-colleague-student-spreading-rumors-dating-lecturers">viral video surfaced online earlier this week of a lady student of UPSA &#8216;bullying&#8217; a colleague</a> who was allegedly spreading rumors about it.</p>

<p>The rumors alleged that the &#8216;big girl&#8217; was slÉÉping with lecturers to secure a good grades in her education at the university.</p>



<p>Well, the University has finally released a press to address the situation.</p>



<p>According to the university, their attention has been drawn to the said video that was making rounds.</p>



<p>They continued by indicating that an investigation committee has been set up to delve into the situation.</p>



<p>It further stated that the behavior exhibited in the video was against the code of the university.</p>

<p>“The behavior exhibited in the video goes against our Code and does a disservice to the majority of UPSA students who uphold the values of respect and professionalism for which UPSA is known.”</p>



<p>Finally, the statement revealed that the University &#8216;remained committed and focused on producing graduates capable of addressing many global, regional and national challenges all nation face today&#8217;.</p>
