A popular UPSA male student proposed to her girlfriend in the middle of a popular hostel on campus, however, he got the shock of his life.
The young man became a laughing stock after his long-time girlfriend said no to his proposal in front of over a hundred students in the hostel.
A video that captured a moment of the proposal has since surfaced online.
In the video, the young man was spotted on one knee pleading with his girlfriend to say yes to his proposal.
