The United State’s government is offering a reward of up to $1m for help to locate Osam Bin Laden’s son – Hamza Bin Laden.
According to a State Department notice, the money will be paid as part of it’s “reward for justice” programme.
The announcement indicates that Hamza Bin Laden has emerged as leader of the Al Qaeda terrorist group.
A tweet from the State Department on Thursday reads:
“WANTED. Up to $1million for information on Hamza bin Laden, an emerging al-Qa’ida leader. Hamza is son of [Osama] bin Laden and has threatened attacks against the United States and allies. Relocation possible. Submit a tip, get paid.”
