<p>It is hard to tell when and where the video was recorded but it is obvious the ordeal happened in Ghana.</p>



<p>The <a href="https://occupygh.com/category/videos">viral video</a> captures a young man being lashed with a cane by an able strong military man.</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color">The man is however seen with his handkerchief around his nose<a href="https://occupygh.com/5-memorable-quotes-from-jj-rawlings">.</a> We believed he improvised after he was caught without a nose mask.</p>
