A video of a young man being lashed with a cane for not wearing a face mask and flouting COVID-19 guidelines has just surfaced online.
It is hard to tell when and where the video was recorded but it is obvious the ordeal happened in Ghana.
The viral video captures a young man being lashed with a cane by an able strong military man.
The man is however seen with his handkerchief around his nose. We believed he improvised after he was caught without a nose mask.
