Vote NPP Out For Collapsing GN Bank And Making You Jobless – Paa Kwesi Nduom To The Public

Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, founder of the collapsed GN Bank and former presidential candidate, has called on Ghanaians to vote out the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP) government in the upcoming elections.

According to Paa Kwesi Nduom, the NPP government’s decision to collapse GN Bank was politically motivated, resulting in widespread unemployment and erosion of investor confidence.

In a recent interview on Onua TV, Paa Nduom expressed his disappointment over the government’s actions, which he believes were aimed at crippling his financial institution.

He pointed out that GN Bank’s closure left over 300 branches across Ghana locked, rendering thousands of employees jobless.

The bank, which was instrumental in financial inclusion efforts, was shut down amid allegations of liquidity crises, which Paa Kwesi Nduom claims were artificially induced by the government’s failure to honour its financial obligations to the bank.

Paa Kwesi Nduom’s comments come as Ghanaians prepare to cast their votes in the upcoming elections on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

He urged citizens to reflect on the government’s actions and hold them accountable for their decisions.

Paa Kwesi Nduom’s plea to Ghanaians is likely to resonate with many who have been affected by the bank’s collapse.

It is worth noting that Paa Kwesi Nduom has been a vocal critic of the NPP government’s handling of the banking sector.

In 2019, the Bank of Ghana revoked GN Bank’s license, citing insolvency and liquidity crises. Dr. Nduom has since denied these allegations, claiming that the government’s actions were politically motivated.
