Lawyer of dancehall artist Vybz Kartel has revealed that the superstar is battling through a life-threatening illness and if not addressed quickly, things might go south.

In a sworn medical affidavit obtained by the news site, his private doctor notified authorities that Kartel’s Graves’ Disease and heart condition has been getting worse.
It was said that if he did not get surgery soon, it could be fatal.
Kartel, born Adidja Palmer, has been locked up after being convicted of murder back in 2014 and received a life sentence in a Jamaican prison.
His attorneys spoke with Evers in an exclusive interview to share more details about his condition.
Human rights attorney Isat Buchanan said, “Mr. Palmer’s illness is actually life-threatening.” To make matters worse, his attorney notes that for the last week, Kartel has been in solitary lockdown 23 hours a day over an alleged cell phone infraction.
“He’s in a cell, and if you can picture a brick oven, because that’s how those cells are built, the ventilation is next to none,” Buchanan added.
