In the southern Texas town of Harlingen, a bystander recorded the rescue as a crowd gathered around the parked automobile.
Together, they used a variety of tools and instruments to jointly crack the front windshield.
The amount of time the toddler remained in the car before being rescued is unknown. It is important to remember, nevertheless, that the National Highway Traffic Administration reports that when a car is left in the heat, the temperature can rise by 20 degrees in just 10 minutes.
Children should never be left alone in a hot car since their body temperature will increase three to five times more quickly than an adult’s.
In these circumstances, quick action is necessary to avert any potential harm or disaster.
