Aminullahi Ibrahim, though consenting to the divorce, disputes the requested allowance, citing his current unemployment and offering only N2,000 monthly for their family’s upkeep.
The case has been adjourned until July 30, pending the judge’s decision. The court’s ruling will determine the fate of their marriage, custody, and maintenance arrangements.
