A 22-year-old man perp accused of raping 4-year-old twins in Pennsylvania, USA spat at a New York Post photographer following his arrest.
The yet-to-be-named perp flashed a huge grin and spat at the NYPost photographer as he was hauled into Manhattan Criminal Court.
The accused was also spotted smiling and laughing. After spitting he screamed “b—-h” as he was hauled into the Criminal Court.
