
<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>According to the police, a 22-year-old Louisiana woman was detained after she allegedly stabbed her grandfather in the face following a disagreement about her personal cleanliness.</strong></p>



<p>Following the altercation brought on by her grandfather&#8217;s request that she take a shower, Carrington Harris of Keithville was taken into prison.</p>



<p>The Caddo Parish Sheriff&#8217;s Office said on Wednesday that: &#8220;Detectives say Harris and her grandparents got into a fight after they requested her to take a shower.</p>

<p>She started causing damage to stuff inside the home before cutting the power outside, according to the statement.</p>



<p>Investigators claim that as the couple was attempting to detain Harris, she fled and used a kitchen knife to attack her grandfather.</p>



<p>Following that, Harris left the house and hid in the adjacent woods. Hours later, local enforcement located her huddled behind a neighboring house.</p>



<p>According to sources, Harris was detained and charged with one crime of domestic battery with a deadly weapon and one case of domestic battery abuse.</p>



<p>For stabbing her grandfather, Harris is currently being detained at the Caddo Correctional Center.<br>There was no bond set as of Thursday.</p>



<p>The condition of Harris&#8217; grandfather&#8217;s grandfather has not been updated, according to the police, who claim that he was brought to Willis-Knighton South.</p>
