Ghanaian dance duo Afronita and Abigail have made it to the finals of Britain’s Got Talent. The pair won over the audience and judges with their electrifying Azonto routine.
Afronita, 20, and Abigail, 7, won the public vote and a place in Sunday’s final after their performance.
Simon Cowell stated that he believes the pair could be in with a chance of winning, saying he had ‘changed his mind’ as to who he thought would be victorious.
Afronita met Abigail, a deaf dancer who won a huge talent competition in Ghana when she started her own studio.
The duo’s performance set the venue alight, with deafening cheers from the audience.
Afronita and Abigail will now prepare for the finals of the competition on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
The talented dancers sailed through to the finals of the competition after an awesome performance on Thursday night, which left judges with nothing but a yes to confirm their qualification to the finals.
