These thieves who are normally caught by the MOB are spared so it seems they have been inspired by the bare punishment.

In a viral video sighted on Angel TV Instagram page, a thief who stole dozen of Electrical cables wasn’t spared at all. In the said video, he was being whipped and bullied by the angry MOB.
He was made to carry the cables he stole in the suck bag. And walk in town with it for everyone to see that he is a thief.
