Undoubtedly yes, Asamoah Gyan is a talented comedian and knows how best to play with trending issues to stay relevant, although he may not need the publicity.
In the latest, Ghanaian international stars, Asamoah Gyan and Michael Essien have trolled celebs who were implicated in the Cardi B ‘meet and greet’ fiasco.
A section of Ghanaian celebrities including Akuapem Poloo, Bullet, Moesha Boduong, Wendy Shay, Lydia Forson, Jackie Appiah, Hajia4real, Afia Schwarzenegger, Victoria Lebene among others who claim they were invited to meet Cardi B, were disappointed when the rapper failed to show up for a supposed ‘meet-and-greet session.
Unfortunately, while they waited for her the American rapper was having a good time at the poolside.
Many of them such as Hajia4real, Victoria Lebene, Afia Schwar, and Akuapem Poloo vented their anger in videos on social media, saying the rapper’s action was disrespectful.
Essien and Gyan, captured in a video sighted by OccupyGh.com mocked the local Ghanaian celebs, unapologetically.
