Sumankwaa Hene, a sub-chief of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu, has issued a stern warning to Aunty Naa, a broadcaster at Oyerepa FM, to cease impersonating him.
According to Sumankwaa Hene, Aunty Naa has been directing individuals with marital issues to someone posing as him, falsely claiming to be acting on his behalf.
The sub-chief expressed his displeasure and stated that he has received numerous calls from concerned individuals informing him of Aunty Naa’s impersonation. He emphasized that this act is an offense and demanded that she stop immediately.
Sumankwaa Hene revealed that he has already contacted Oyerepa FM and spoken to a senior authority, requesting them to address the issue with Aunty Naa.
He urged the broadcaster to desist from the impersonation, warning of consequences if she fails to comply.
The sub-chief’s warning has sparked attention in the region, highlighting concerns about impersonation and misrepresentation.
