Controversial media personality Afia Schwarzenegger has opened up about her cosmetic surgeries detailing that she did a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) in Ghana and abroad, a hair transplant, a knee surgery, and also a hernia repair.
Afia made these revelations in a recent interview she had with Zion Felix.
According to the loudmouth personality, she fixed her body both in Ghana and abroad undergoing a BBL operation.
She also fixed her broken hair to make it look good, which is now growing. She also had to fixed her bad knee with another operation.
And finally, she realized that she had a hernia and therefore underwent a hernia repair operation.
Afia revealed that she is currently happy with the results she got except for the fact that her knee surgery still gives her problems.
