Introducing Beyonce 22 Days Diet: Singer, songwriter, model, dancer, and actress Beyoncé has revealed that ever woman’s nightmare is when after giving birth, they get on a scale and then it hits them “this is my weight, 175. Long way to go.”

This assertion she made in a video on Youtube that promotes a “22 Days Nutrition” diet.

According to what’s on Beyonce’s website, the “22 Days Nutrition is based on the principle of creating healthier habits by moving towards a plant-based lifestyle….

“They offer a customizable meal planner that makes healthy eating easy, as well as a line of USDA Organic, Non-GMO, plant-based (vegan), delicious products.”

The description further states that for the singer to meet her goals, “Beyoncé stuck to the program and the results were documented. Watch her 22 Days journey to Coachella below.”

This “22 Days Nutrition” diet claims to have been created by Beyoncé’s friend, trainer, exercise physiologist and New York Times Best Selling author, Marco Borges.
