Ghanaian afrobeat songstress – Wendy Shay has talked about how proud she is that Grammy Award-winning American singer and musician, Beyonce resembles her.
Wendy Shay said she thought she was the one next to Shatta Wale in his photograph with Beyonce.
According to the ‘Masakra‘ hitmaker, she would have inferred that she was the one in the photograph had she not taken a closed look at the photograph, which is something that makes her glad.
She said, “When I saw the photo of Shatta Wale and Beyonce, I thought I was the one. But on a second look, I realized she looks like me rather. Then I said to myself am I going mad? Then I said she rather looks like me”.
